How it works
Show us what you have now
Send the website address, the Google profile name and whatever ad accounts exist. We look at how the three connect, and where enquiries leak out between them.
Agree one plan and one number
We write a short plan: which piece gets fixed first, what it costs, and the one measure we'll report against each month, usually the cost of a qualified enquiry.
Start the conversation
Nothing is signed until the plan makes sense to you. Call, text or email; you'll talk to a senior strategist.
Most Brampton service businesses don't have a marketing problem so much as a joining-up problem. The website was built by one person, the Google Business Profile was claimed years ago by someone else, and the ads are run by a third party who never sees whether the clicks turned into jobs. Brampton.Agency takes all three and runs them as one plan.
That is the whole idea of the site: one team, one plan, one report, and one person you can phone when something looks wrong. We are a marketing and business consulting service, not a contractor. We never install, repair or service anything; we help the companies that do that work get found in Brampton and get called.
Why the three pieces have to work together
A customer in Heart Lake with a problem usually takes the same path: they search, they see a map listing or an ad, they tap through to a website, and then they decide whether to call. Each step is a chance to lose them, and each step usually belongs to a different vendor.
Here is what that looks like in practice:
- The ad promises "same-week service", but the landing page talks about something else, so the click is wasted.
- The Google profile lists hours that the office no longer keeps, so calls ring out on Saturday mornings.
- The website has no clear phone number on mobile, so people who arrived from the map leave without calling.
- Nobody tracks calls by source, so the ad budget gets renewed on gut feeling.
When one team owns the path from search to phone call, those gaps get found and closed in the first month. That is the practical case for full-service marketing over three separate contracts.
What we run for Brampton businesses
We offer five connected services. You can start with one, but they are designed to fit together.
- Websites that load fast on a phone, say plainly what you do and where you go, and make calling, texting or emailing obvious on every screen.
- Google Business Profile management: categories, services, photos, hours and a steady review routine, set up the way Google's guidelines describe for service-area businesses.
- Google and Meta ads with a written ceiling on what an enquiry may cost, built from your average job value and close rate.
- Call, text and email tracking so every enquiry is tied to the channel that produced it.
- One joined-up plan that holds the other four together, with a single monthly report.
The services overview explains how to decide where to begin if your budget only covers one piece this year.
A worked example you can check yourself
Say your average job is worth $900 and you win roughly one in three of the people who call you. Each qualified call is then worth about $300 in revenue to you. If your gross margin is 40%, that call is worth about $120 in profit.
That last figure sets the ceiling. An ad campaign that buys qualified calls at $60 each is paying for itself twice over; one that costs $150 a call is losing money, however busy it makes the phone. Most owners we speak to have never seen this calculation done for their own numbers, because the website, the profile and the ads were never measured as one system.
We do the arithmetic before spending a dollar, and the pricing page shows what our plans cost alongside it, so you can judge the whole investment and not only the ad spend.
Brampton is ten wards, not one market
Brampton had 656,480 residents in the 2021 Census, and the city's council is organised as five ward pairs. A crew based near Bramalea and one based in Mount Pleasant face different drive times, different competitors in the map results, and often different kinds of customers.
So we plan coverage the way you actually work: the ward pairs you reach easily, the ones you'll travel to for the right job, and the ones you'd rather leave alone. Our Brampton areas page walks through every ward pair and the city's official Secondary Plan Areas, and what each means for marketing.
Proof, and what it is proof of
Our published results come from our HVAC work, and we say so plainly. They show the method, not a promise for your sector.

Frequently asked questions
What does a full-service agency actually do for a Brampton business?
We plan and run your website, your Google Business Profile and your paid ads together, and track which one produced each call, text or email. You deal with one team and read one report instead of three.
Are you a contractor?
No. Brampton.Agency is a marketing and business consulting service. We don't install, repair or service anything; we help the businesses that do that work get found and get called.
How much does it cost?
Trades.Agency plans start at $1,999 per month month-to-month, or $1,499 per month on annual billing, in Canadian dollars plus 13% HST. The pricing page explains what each plan includes and what drives the cost.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Plans run month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel. Annual billing is cheaper, but it is your choice, not a condition.
Who owns the website and the ad accounts?
You do. Domains, Google Business Profile ownership, ad accounts and analytics are set up in your business's name, with us added as managers. If you leave, nothing has to be handed back.
Will you promise a set number of calls?
No honest agency can promise a number. What we commit to is a written plan, a clear measure and a monthly report showing what each channel produced and cost.
